Grahm cracker Recipe

I would suggest 1/2 ing the recipe for the first go around.

4 cups of Graham flour or whole wheat flour. (I used graham and found it at walmart).
1 Tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
6 Tbsp brown sugar

mix in:
1 cup sofened butter
4 Tbsp honey
4 Tbsp milk

mix until it holds together, but isn't sticky. Roll out on cookie sheet. Cut in squares, prick with fork. Bake at 375 until light brown (about 10 minutes).
Cinnamon and sugar can be sprinkled on the dough before baking. You may never buy another box of partially hydrogenated, high fructose corn syrup graham crackers again!
