Lost and Found

OK, I stayed at the pool till the end today and I can't believe how much stuff you guys all left there! Jessett, don't stress, I got your camera. I have THREE floaties- anyone want to claim them? Pool toys, water guns, hundreds of goldfish and crackers- soggy and mashed up everywhere (gross)! Anyways, if you want them (not the goldfish), call me and let me know, I guess I'll just keep them in the back of my car and you can get them Sunday if you want. If not, I guess Nathan has some new floaties!! J/K!!! It was fun today and so nice though!

Ok girls, I think I left my camera at the pool today. I got home and could not find it. I am hoping that one of you wonderful ladies picked it up. Please let me know ifyou did. Thanks!!!

Man, if my head was not attached to my body, I would probably lose that too. GRRR!!

Thanks again,

Father's Day Gift Idea...

I was just talking to Sarah Gourdie about doing my yearly studio photos of my kids for Father's Day, and I realized that this would be a great idea for a playgroup. So, I need to find out how many people would be interested in doing it.

My idea would be to meet at the church on Wednesday the 11th, where we could take the photos AND paint cute little picture frames. (So you would want to bring two outfits) Sarah said that she would be happy to print each of us one photo for the frames, and we could get them to you on the Friday playgroup, or you can pick them up from me some other time. (That Sunday is Father's Day)

Sarah said that she'd set up her studio if there were a few of us that would want to do it, so please leave a comment to say whether you are in or not. Thanks!

P.S. For those of you who have gotten photos done by her, you know she does a great job, but I thought I would post this one that she did of Emma and Michael last year, and you can go to her site if you'd like to see some other ideas. (click here) :)

See You at the Pool!

Both Wednesday and Friday are supposed to be really nice days, so it will be great to go for a swim. 9:30 at the Courtyards pool (Just west of Jones at Warm Springs) Email me if you have any other questions!

Also, what would everyone think of doing some painting for one of the playgroups? I know there are quite a few younger kids, but I thought it would be fun. I know that my kids love it. We can do something simple like a small canvas, or we can order letters if you want; even just the first initials. (I can get most fonts, but my main ones are listed here on my website: ) Leave a comment and let me know what you think about this idea, okay? Maybe we can get something different going for one day next week.

See you all tomorrow!

Playgroup for Friday, May 23rd

From what I hear, everyone is going to the park off of Decatur and Warm Springs and meeting there at 10 a.m. (which as of this post, gives us all about an hour-sorry for the late notice). Directions are:

From Blue Diamond
-Go north on Decatur
-Turn right on Warm Springs
-Park is on your right (it's a western themed park and very fun)

See you there!

Hey! I'm so glad to see that someone had the time to get this blog going! I've had one in the works, but nothing this cute. Great Job! (Anjie, was it you? Very cute!) I will email you the list that I have so we can get everyone invited and hopefully get this going to keep everyone updated.

With the weather the way it is, how is everyone feeling about swimming tomorrow? I know no one was there on Wednesday, and tomorrow should be a little cooler and overcast like today. I won't be there, we'll be heading up to my family's cabin near St. George. (This would be a super fun place for a little day trip if anyone would like to go sometime!) I hope you all have a great time, and I'll see you all next Wednesday!

P.S. Something we all can relate to sometimes: :)
