Gym Suggestions

I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on any gyms fairly close by that has classes and affordable childcare? Please share! There was way too much good food at my Christmas!!!!!

Excersaucer?

My little Sage is getting to the stage where an Excersaucer would be fun but I sold my old one before we moved here. I was just wondering if anyone has one (in good condition) that they are wanting to sell. Just thought I would check here first.

Basketball on Thursday Nights

If you love to play basketball, or want to get back into playing, this post is for you. A group of us play every Thursday night at 8:45 pm to 10:15 pm, and we are recruiting new players. There are all skill levels who come to play, but most everyone has at least dribbled a ball before (my nice way of saying a few basic skills are appreciated).

So, if you are interested in playing, please comment and I will get you the info and address. We play at a church in the SW part of town - not far from Buffalo and the 215.

Santa Train in Boulder City

I have been meaning to post about this for awhile but I kept forgetting. Our family likes to go out to Boulder City and ride the train once in awhile, and the first 2 weekends in December they do a "santa train" and make it all Christmas-y. It's not the longest, most exciting train ride in the world, but they decorate it cute and Santa is there and it's fun for little kids. I think it's pretty busy, so if you decide to go you might have to wait a couple hours to get on.

If anyone else has good ideas of fun things to do this time of year, post about it!

Pump it Up!

I'm going to Pump it Up tomorrow and wanted to invite anyone who wants to come. If you've never been there, it's a really fun place with inflatable bounce houses and slides to play on. It's fun for all ages including Moms. There's even things for little kids to do. It costs $7 for kids 2 and older, and adults are free. If you only have one child, under 2, you might have to pay to get in. It opens tomorrow at 9:30 AM and stays open till 1:00 PM. I'll be there between 9:30 and 10:00. The address is: 3200 W. Sunset Rd. Suite 100. It's just north on Decatur from the 215 and then you take Russell and have to kind backtrack because of the train tracks. It's really easy, and there's directions on their website. Google Pump It Up and put in your zip code.
